| Gregory M. Schneider is the Sr. Managing Director of Business Development for TREO. He is responsible for directing the organization's national sales efforts and leads both the internal and external sales teams.
Prior to TREO, Greg served as Acquisition Specialist for Home Equity Partners where over a 1.5-year period he was instrumental in sourcing new business from top investment banks resulting in a ten-fold sales increase. With more than 15 years in the mortgage finance sector, Greg has been responsible for successfully building and growing several organizations' primary client base. His professional experience includes successful roles at Precision Valuation Solutions, Inc wherein he developed day to day operations and overall procedures for their nationwide collateral assessment startup company. During his tenure with First American, he successfully spearheaded their new product development area and was a key contributor to establishing the company's presence in the valuation marketplace. This resulted in a 148% increase in sales. Schneider earned a Bachelor's degree in communication from San Diego State University.
