| Joanne is a seasoned and well respected leader in the mortgage finance industry with key strengths in business development, strategic positioning and operational management. She brings over 25 years of service in the industry with a diverse and multi-faceted level of expertise in all aspects of the mortgage loan cycle with an emphasis in loan servicing, default and REO asset management. In 1993, Joanne joined a start up sub-prime mortgage originator who became one of the largest originators and mortgage sub-prime servicers in the country. During her 13 year tenure, she lead the default management team, establishing both the foundation and on-going development of the default operations including it people, processes, technologies, vendors, reporting and quality control measures. In addition, she lead the Investor and Client Relationship teams supporting the companies capital markets and sub-servicing strategies and also served in company level strategic planning and program management oversight roles. |

| Joanne joined the TREO team in 2009. Her focus is to further promote TREO's stellar reputation and strong performance in the management and sale of REO properties to the marketplace. In addition, she'll be exploring and implementing strategic ventures and relationships that complement TREO. |
| Prior to joining TREO, Joanne gained tremendous insight, relationships and experience in working for both a Wall Street capital markets (RMBS/CMBS) based services firm as well as a national title company's default services platform. During her tenure at these organizations, she was accountable for providing strategic account oversight and growing year over year revenues for a wide range of products and services. In addition she headed a marketing and product development, accountable for responding to client RFPs, creating proposals as well as researching and implementing new product lines both organically and through business to business affiliates

| Over the years, Joanne has served on a number of industry related panels, including USFN, MBA and REOMac. She has certifications as a Six Sigma Champion and Yellow Belt, completed extensive team building and leadership training and development courses. She currently serves on the board of Laura's House, which is a shelter and services organization for victims and families of domestic abuse.
