De'Ann Clark, President and CEO of TREO, The REO Service Network is a veteran in
the REO management, marketing and sales industry. A California licensed Real Estate
Broker and Licensed Appraiser for over 30 years. In the early 1980's, De'Ann established
TREO as a niche provider for Real Estate services catering to the needs of banks
and mortgage holders in managing and selling their portfolio of owned real estate,
now commonly referred to as REO and ORE. Under De'Ann's leadership and direction,
TREO has managed and sold tens of thousands of REO properties and served a wide

Steven is a Founding Principal Partner of TREO. A California Licensed Broker since
1979, he has specialized in the Institutional, Governmental, and Court Receivership
REO service industry since 1982. He, along with DeAnn were pioneers in the REO Outsourcing
industry, creating a full service capability and network for the management, preservation,
and marketing of REO properties. He is a seasoned real estate executive, has expert
' in the field knowledge ' and has vast experience in handling challenging and unique
property situations.

Joanne Cordero, SVP Strategic Relationships

Joanne is a seasoned and well respected leader in the mortgage finance industry
with key strengths in business development, strategic positioning and operational
management. She brings to TREO over 25 years service in the industry with a diverse
and multi-faceted level of expertise in all aspects of the mortgage loan cycle with
an emphasis in loan servicing, default and REO asset management. In 1993, Joanne
joined a start up sub-prime mortgage originator who became one of the largest originators
and mortgage sub-prime servicers in the country. During her 13 year tenure, she
lead the default management team, establishing both the foundation and on-going
development of the default operations including it people, processes, technologies,
vendors, reporting and quality control measures. In addition, she lead the Investor
and Client Relationship teams supporting the companies capital markets and sub-servicing
strategies and also served in company level strategic planning and program management
oversight roles.

Dean Henrick, Account Executive

With over 15 years in the mortgage servicing arena specializing in default relationship
management and servicer oversight, Dean brings a wealth of industry knowledge to
TREO. Dean joined the TREO family in 2007 as an Account Executive serving as a primary
liaison for TREO's existing clients as well as developing new relationships. In
this critical role, Dean works in tandem with our operations team and the client
to facilitate new property acquisitions, proactive communication and ensures the
highest levels of service are consistently delivered. He also tracks and delivers
key performance metrics, relevant data and reporting including trending, inventory
analysis and closing statistics.

Tamara Anderson, Director of Internal Administration

Tamara brings to TREO over 14 years of experience in the real estate and REO industry.
Since joining TREO in 1994, she has been instrumental in the operational development
of the company. Overseeing the day to day operations, Tamara is responsible for
deploying our asset management activities, providing management, training and direction
to our team members and maintaining our efficient workflow processes. She maintains
constant interactions with our clients, asset managers and as well as the TREO Service
Network ensuring properties are well maintained, effectively marketed and closed
timely.
