| Tamara brings over 14 years of experience in the real estate and REO industry. Since joining TREO in 1994, she has been instrumental in the operational development of the company. Overseeing the day to day operations, Tamara is responsible for deploying our asset management activities, providing management, training and direction to our team members and maintaining our efficient workflow processes. She maintains constant interactions with our clients, asset managers and as well as the TREO Service Network ensuring properties are well maintained, effectively marketed and closed timely. |

| Tamara's expertise in the REO arena provides our clients with the most effective management of their assets. With her extensive experience, she has successfully negotiated thousands of vacancy agreements with property occupants, provided oversight for extensive legal and title curative claims and issues and has negotiated with municipalities to mitigate losses on violations. Tamara is our resident expert for the successful management and disposition of assets acquired in bulk by distressed asset purchasers.

| Additionally, Tamara oversees the TREO National Service Network, ensuring that all participants' performance meets or exceeds TREO's exceptional service and performance standards.

| She holds a BA in Communications from Oral Roberts University, an MA in Communications from Regent University, and has completed Post Graduate coursework at UCR, Riverside, California.
