Through events, donations, sale of WIG Wines and merchandise, WIG is able to offer financially challenged women a means of coping with one of the ravages of chemotherapy by providing a complete "WIG Solution. Their goal is to provide custom made wigs, along with other services in the future such as testing to determine the best chemotherapy treatment, nutrition for building the immune system, and a temporary job placement within the WIG Foundation.

In March 2010, TREO International was the key donator of WIG Wines during the Connected Celebrity Gift Suite (www.connectedgiftrooms.com) celebrating the 82nd Annual Academy Awards.
