| De'Ann Clark, President and CEO of TREO, The REO Service Network is a veteran in the REO management, marketing and sales industry. A California licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Appraiser for over 30 years. In the early 1980's, De'Ann established TREO as a niche provider for Real Estate services catering to the needs of banks and mortgage holders in managing and selling their portfolio of owned real estate, now commonly referred to as REO and ORE. Under De'Ann's leadership and direction, TREO has managed and sold tens of thousands of REO properties and served a wide range of clientele. Her exceptional knowledge and innovative approach coupled with her commitment to delivering exceptional service and performance has earned her the reputation as an industry leader and trusted service provider. | De'Ann became the sole owner of TREO in 1986. Working for several financial institutions and banks to manage and sell their California REO properties, she quickly established herself and TREO as a reliable and trustworthy service provider. She developed REO property valuation and marketing profiles, created workflow processes for efficient and effective communication with the clients, established approval matrices to improve timelines and closing ratios and implemented extensive reporting and analytics to measure performance. She also engaged an extensive network of service providers to manage property preservation, maintenance and repairs as well as title and escrow services.

| In the early 1990s, as De'Ann's performance in California continued to excel and as REO property levels increased throughout the country, clients requested that she expand her services nationwide, thus began TREO's REO Outsourcing Services. She worked diligently to expand her systems, processes and provider network throughout the U.S. as well Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands. Today, there are well over 4,000 preferred RE Agents in the TREO Network in addition to hundreds of service contractors, preservation specialists, attorneys and title and escrow companies.

| Over the years, De'Ann has successfully expanded TREO operations to serve the needs of the REO industry. From individual property valuations to full service property management, small commercial centers management and sale to bulk sales transactions and receivership liquidations to successfully handling personal property issues

| As an industry expert, De'Ann has also been called upon to consult on a number of property related transactions including historical valuation and marketing information for Court Receivers in handling large multiple-property loan frauds. She consulted on the real property asset valuations and directed marketing activities on behalf of the receiverships. She also worked with local governments and their court appointed receivers in their seizure of substandard properties, their stabilization, and restoration. Long before the short sale transaction was a common household term, De'Ann worked with several lenders establishing the financial criteria for the negotiation and sale of properties that required the lender to accept less than total payoffs.
